Ms Ying-ying Cheng, Head (Banking Supervision), Hong Kong Monetary Authority Ms Ying-ying Cheng was appointed as Division Head in the Banking Supervision Department in 2018, and has been responsible for the supervision of credit risk management since 2023. She joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as Manager Trainee in 2004 and has worked in various functional areas, including international and regional financial co-operation. She has been actively engaged in the IP Financing Workgroup led by HKMA, and HSBC is one of the banks participating in IP Financing Sandbox in Hong Kong. | Mr Wiley Pun, Advisory Partner, Grant Thornton Advisory Services Ltd Wiley Pun is a partner of advisory services at Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited, a member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd. He is a recognised expert in Hong Kong advising on valuation matters. He is a member of Intellectual Property Trading & Financing Working Group of HKGCC and a Steering Committee member of Business of IP Asia Forum. Wiley is also an advisor in Cyberport Professional Service Network service clinic and appeared as speaker and panellist for numerous associations and institutes on various topics across valuation. Wiley has more than 16 years of experience in the valuation of companies, intangible assets, and financial instruments in Hong Kong, China and overseas for various purposes including financial reporting, strategic or transaction evaluation, financing support and expert support for court submission across different industries and geographies. | Ms Elsa Wong, Managing Director, NEC Hong Kong Limited Elsa is Managing Director of NECHK, a leading Japanese based technology company in providing one-stop solutions/services for various industries in Hong Kong, Macau and GBA. NEC is a significant player and supplier in the 5G landscape. They offer various 5G solutions and has been selected as a vendor for 5G core networks by operators like NTT DOCOMO. - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$120 deduction, whichever is higher. - Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber. - The Chamber reserves the right to take photos and/or video recordings during the event. By attending, participants agree to the Chamber doing so, and that the Chamber may use such materials for archival, publicity, and marketing purposes. - A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
