Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment, on a first come first served basis. - Early bird discount is applicable under the condition that booking is received with full payment on or before 25 Mar 2026. - Walk-ins are not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - For table bookings, there is no refund of cancellation unless such request is made at least 1 month before the event. For individual bookings, cancellation is possible if request is made at least 14 working days before the event. All cancellations will be subjected to a deduction of 10% of the total fees. - A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
