Technical Visit to ATAL Tower
The Environment & Sustainability Committee visited ATAL Tower for a technical tour combined with a committee meeting on 29 January.
Dave Chan, Director of Information, Communications & Building Technologies at ATAL Engineering Ltd, explained the innovative sustainable practices and technologies employed in the building’s construction and operation.
Members gained insights into energy-efficient systems, the use of Digital Twin technology, IoT and AI applications, and effective waste management strategies. The tour highlighted the critical role of sustainability in urban development and fostered collaboration among members to share best practices for a greener future.
