SME Committee Vice Chairman Vikky Tam led members on an exclusive visit to Ricoh Hong Kong Limited – a leader in IT solutions and digital workplace innovation – on 4 February. The group immersed themselves in Ricoh‘s Hybrid Workplace to explore the latest in flexible workspace design. They also got a peek at cutting-edge AI demonstrations at the AI Experience Centre, seeing firsthand how the technology is reshaping modern business. The tour included a walkthrough of the Network Operation Centre to gain insights into real-time monitoring, AI-assisted operations and workflow automation. The afternoon ended with a lively networking session where members connected and exchanged ideas for future collaboration.
