Past Events

The Chamber’s mission to Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates was a true eye-opener and highlighted just how quickly the Middle East is developing.  Manama was the first leg of the Chamber’s mission to Bahrain and the UAE from 20-26 April. At the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce, mission leader and Chairman of the Asia, Africa & Middle East Committee Jonathan Lamport, signed an MOU with the Sameer Abdullah Nass, Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In the UAE, members called on the Abu Dhabi Chamber, Sharjah Chamber, and Dubai Chambers during institutional visits and business networking functions, including at the HKETO Dubai office. 

Overall, we had very useful meetings and site visits, and received fantastic support from members and host organization, especially the Hong Kong Bahrain Business Association, and the Hong Kong Ambassadors Club. For more details and photos, please visit our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
