2018/12/04 | The Asia and Africa Committee Meeting The Asia and Africa Committee held its Committee meeting on 4 December. Nepal Consul General Kamal Prasad Bhattarai shared the latest developments in Nepal with the members. Behzad Mirzaei, Chairman of the Asia and Africa Committee, shared his successful trip to 11th Edition of MEDays Forum 2018. He also encouraged the members to attend more Chamber's social networking events.

2018/11/06 | Meeting with ModernLand, Jakarta, Indonesia (Developer of Jakarta Garden City) Leaders from ModernLand, the developer of Jakarta Garden City visited the Chamber on 6 November where they were received by Chairman of the Asia & Africa Committee Behzad Mirzaei and members. Sami Miettinen, President Director of Modernland, gave members a briefing on the development of Jakarta Garden City. He said some parts of the 370-hectare modern residential area were built by joint ventures between companies from Hong Kong and Indonesia, and that the project welcomed investment from overseas.

2018/10/15 | Meeting with Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC) Alkesh K Sharma, CEO and Managing Director of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC), led a delegation to the Chamber to introduce the latest developments in the DMIC project and the investment opportunities it is opening up in both cities. The delegation was received by Behzad Mirzaei, Chairman of the Asia & Africa Committee, and the secretariat.
