We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end IT projects , pioneer AI-driven innovations , and ensure our core systems run seamlessly and securely.

Key Responsibilities
Your time will be split between driving innovation through major projects and ensuring operational excellence:
Project Leadership & Innovation (~70%)
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage internal IT projects from initial requirement gathering and system design through development monitoring, UAT, and deployment. Ensure everything is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- AI Integration & Automation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI technologies (such as LLM API integration, Prompt Engineering, or RPA) to automate internal workflows and optimize business processes.
- Technical Guidance & Architecture: Participate in core system architecture planning and provide technical guidance to the team, including code reviews and hands-on development for critical modules.
- Vendor & Team Management: Coordinate with internal development teams and manage external vendors to ensure clear resource allocation and high-quality deliverables.
System Maintenance & Network Support (~30%)
- Operations & Optimization: Oversee daily operations, system upgrades, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of internal application systems to ensure high availability and data security.
- Network & Deployment Support: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to support application-level network configurations, secure data transmissions, and resolve deployment issues.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a project management or team leadership role.
Project Management: Proven track record in project management, with solid familiarity in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. (PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage).
Development: Highly preferred familiarity with web programming languages (.NET, ASP.NET, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) and modern front-end frameworks (React / Vue).
Databases: Solid understanding of database management systems (MS SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL).
Networking: Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls) to collaborate effectively on system security and deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, with a good command of spoken and written English. |
