The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Membership & Sales Operations Officer to support the smooth functioning of our Membership & Business Development Team. This role is central to strengthening our membership operations, enhancing CRM data integrity, supporting sales processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our HKGCC members and corporate clients.
What You’ll Do
1. Membership Operations & CRM (Salesforce) Management
- Maintain accurate and up to date membership records in Salesforce.
- Support the full membership lifecycle: applications, onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and resignations.
- Monitor and manage opportunity and pipeline stages in CRM to support business development activities.
- Prepare regular membership and sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Assist in documenting, refining, and streamlining operational workflows.
2. Membership Engagement & Support
- Serve as a primary contact point for member enquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Support the planning and execution of membership engagement activities, networking events, and regular member gatherings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of membership services.
3. Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in promoting Chamber business services, including: Advertising opportunities in the Chamber’s monthly bulletin; Rental of meeting rooms, theatres, and event spaces; Sponsored events and partnership programmes
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Track leads, manage sales documentation, and support pipeline development.
4. Event & Programme Coordination
Provide operational support for Chamber events, seminars, and sponsored programmes.
Coordinate logistics, registration, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for members and clients. |
