2026 HKGCC Annual General Meeting

CIRCULAR TO ALL PRIMARY COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES

Dear Members,

The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Meeting Room N101. A cocktail reception and registration of members will start at 5:00 p.m.

Six members of the General Committee are required to retire this year, and may stand for re-election if they wish:

Agnes Sui Kuen CHAN, Director, Ernst & Young Group Ltd
Eric Kai Shan FOK, Vice President, Yau Wing Co Ltd
Gilbert Chi Hang HO, Executive Director and Group Co-CEO, CTF Services Ltd
Roy NG, Chairman and CEO, Star Lite (HK) Ltd
Douglas Chun Kuen WOO, Chairman and Managing Director, Wheelock and Co Ltd
Emil Chen On YU, Director and General Manager, Keystone Electric Wire & Cable Co Ltd

The AGM Agenda will be circulated in May 2026. Any Chamber member intending to stand for election to the General Committee should submit a completed nomination form to the Chamber CEO on or before 10 May 2026.

Please be reminded that, pursuant to Article 46 of the Chamber's Articles of Association, only your company’s authorised representative, i.e. Primary Company Representative (PCR), shall have the right to attend, vote and be heard at any general meeting of the Chamber. If you wish to appoint a new authorised representative, please contact Membership Department via email to [email protected].
