The Joint Business Community Luncheon (originally scheduled date: Tuesday, 13 November) has been re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. The new event date is Wednesday, 14 November 2018 at 12:00 noon to 1:15 p.m.


HKSAR Chief Executive, the Honourable Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, will deliver her Policy Address to the Legislative Council in mid-October.

We are deeply honoured that the Chief Executive has accepted our invitation to speak to the Hong Kong business community at this joint luncheon, which will be held on Wednesday, 14 November. Attendees will be able to hear Mrs Lam discuss the reasoning behind the priorities in her Policy Address, and learn more about her initiatives to tackle key issues such as housing, land supply, the labour market and the environment, and her plans for improving Hong Kong's competitiveness in the year ahead.

Companies wishing to reserve a table will be given priority bookings of tables in prime positions.

Notes - Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation. In any such instance, the event fee will be returned in full.
- There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event unless the cancellation request is made in writing on or before 26 October 2018, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
