Utilizing methodology refined over 20 years in researching, investing and doing business in emerging Asian markets, analyst Michael McGaughy presents the results of his study of China’s corporate landscape. Rightfully entitled Inside China’s Corporations, his book maps the largest 800 listed companies to their controlling shareholder, and examines 30 of China’s largest conglomerates to better understand who controls what, how senior management are appointed, and the links between listed and non-listed entities.
