Consumer Caring Scheme 2017

Consumer Caring Scheme was held since 2011 and is now going to enter its 6th year of inception. The Consumer Caring Scheme　aims to recognise local enterprises which demonstrate excellence in consumer care through global standard, supply chain management, effective use of technology and practice of consumer value-related strategies with the ultimate goal to lift industry's overall capabilities in delivering consumer product and service.

Participating companies will be assessed through site visits by GS1 designated representative and consumer surveys conducted by Lightspeed GMI. At the same time, the assessment will also be made in accordance with Efficient Consumer Response (ECR), referred to as ECR. A total of more than 140 local businesses have been recognised as Consumer Caring Companies with products covering retail, food, health supplement and personal care etc. The “Consumer Caring Companies” honor will enhance consumers’ confidence in the recognised company’s product and quality.

「貼心企業嘉許計劃」於2011年首次舉辦，至今已踏入第六屆。計劃旨在表揚「以消費者為先」的企業，鼓勵他們透過藉著國際標準、優化供應鏈管理、應用資訊科技以及持續改善營運流程，大幅提升消費者的滿意程度。

參加企業均須通過GS1 HK指定代表／項目委員會成員實地考察及由Lightspeed GMI進行的消費者問卷調查。同時，大會亦按照了有效消費者回應 (Efficient Consumer Response，簡稱ECR) 的實踐方法制定計分卡，評估參加企業的關懷消費者措施及表現。

過往獲評選為「貼心企業」的本地企業共超過140間，其產品涵蓋零售、食品、保健品及個人護理產品等。這項榮譽可加強消費者對獲嘉許企業之產品及服務質素的信心。
