In the big data era, Social Content Marketing has evolved from creativity-driven to data-driven. It is essential that marketers generate consumer-centric content to attract and engage with customers. The question is: how to create consumer-centric content from the huge pool of social media data? What are the skills required in order to be successful? In this seminar, participants will learn how to:
• Understand consumer behaviours and preferences from social media data;
• Identify what is most suitable in social media content marketing;
• Measure the success of a social content marketing campaign; and
• Develop the workflow of a social content marketing campaign through case studies.

Speaker(s) Edmund Lee - CEO of The Answr, Co-Founder of K-Matrix, and VP of Hong Kong Digital Analytics Association
Edmund Lee has more than 10 years of solid experience in digital analysis. Graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Computer Science, Edmund developed his career path in the industry and set up K-Matrix in 2004 to develop state-of-the-art digital analytic tools and models with his partners. Edmund is a pioneer in the industry; he is also the Vice President of the Hong Kong Digital Analytics Association. Edmund is always invited as guest lecturer or speaker by universities as well as associations in the Greater China in sharing his experience in the digital intelligence expertise.

- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation. In any such instance, the event fee will be returned in full.
- There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event unless the cancellation request is made in writing at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
