Mandy Mok, Executive Director, Corporate Services, Vistra

Mandy is a highly accomplished professional with a Master’s degree in Applied Accounting and Finance. She is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional, as well as a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”) and The Chartered Governance Institute in the UK.

Mandy has nearly 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance services at KPMG Hong Kong, where she provided her expertise to clients from various business sectors. With over 25 years of experience in the company secretarial field, she is now the Business Lead of Listed Company Corporate Services of Vistra, focusing on corporate governance practices and advisory, and company secretarial service offerings to HKEX-listed companies. Mandy has extensive experience in advising and assisting IPO clients in adopting board procedures and corporate governance practices from the start through the implementation stage. She had served as the company secretary or joint company secretary for various state-owned enterprises, A+H, and H-share companies.

 Wendy Ho, Executive Director, Corporate Services, Vistra

Wendy holds an MBA from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”) and The Chartered Governance Institute in the UK. She is also a Council Member of HKCGI, the Chairman of the Professional Development Committee, a Member of the Professional Services Panel, and a Member of the Mainland China Technical Consultation Panel of HKCGI.

Wendy started her career at Ernst & Young Hong Kong, providing corporate secretarial and advisory services to companies of diversified backgrounds. With over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial and governance services field, she is now the Executive Director of Corporate Services of Vistra. Her practice focuses on company secretarial advisory, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance services for both private and listed companies, as well as non-profit making enterprises. She conducts corporate governance training for directors and senior management of listed issuers. Wendy is also a company secretary or joint company secretary for several renowned Hong Kong-listed companies.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.

- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
