Human resources (HR) is much more than just a compliance obligation. It contributes significantly to minimizing costs and maximizing returns when used strategically in a company. To deal with the ongoing issue of manpower shortages, corporates are increasingly seeking ways to streamline operations, enhance processes, and reduce potential liabilities to allow workers to focus on their core business. This has led to the rising trend of HR outsourcing, with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) emerging as one of the most popular business strategy initiatives.

This seminar aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the HR outsourcing landscape. The speaker will explore the potential benefits of engaging a PEO by discussing the following topics:

i. Evolution of HR outsourcing trends
- Explore the historical and current trends in HR outsourcing and gain insights into the driving factors behind these changes.

ii. The value of PEO
- Discover how engaging a PEO can benefit the organization.
- Learn about the range of services and support they can provide.

iii. Growing your business through PEO
- Understand how partnering with a PEO can help your business thrive.
- Explore how PEOs can contribute to your growth strategy.

iv. Limitations of PEO
- Gain clarity on what PEOs do not typically handle.
- Identify areas where your organization may still need to take direct responsibility or seek specialized assistance.

v. Beyond HR administration
- Recognize the broader impact of effective HR management.
- Explore how strategic HR practices can drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to overall organizational success.

Participants will gain valuable insights to make informed decisions about leveraging PEO services to optimize their HR functions and drive business growth.
