Data has become the lifeblood of many successful modern businesses. Effective use of data analytics can transform a universe of information into actionable insights.

Data analytics helps organizations to see and understand patterns and correlations, trends, risks and opportunities and, in turn, make better decisions. Brands can leverage data to generate customer insights, and to develop products and experiences that are truly tailored to their customers' needs.

We will use two recent market studies conducted in Hong Kong to showcase where data is being used, and can be used in future, to achieve better business outcomes.

While some companies have a strong grasp of data analytics and have started investing in it, others still depend on manual processes and outdated spreadsheet technologies. In addition, many Hong Kong companies are missing out because they focus on past performance rather than predicting future trends.

At this webinar, experts from KPMG will share their insights on how data analytics is driving business performance in Hong Kong. The panel will also discuss the strategies and actions that businesses can take to use data analytics to understand what is most important to customers.
