The YEC is organizing a gelato workshop at 2/3 Dolci on 29 November, Friday. During the workshop, Executive Pastry Chef of Café Deco Group, Frank Law, will demonstrate the production of gelato and sorbetto to participants. A gelato tasting session will also be arranged during the event, so that participants can mingle and meet new friends over a taste of Dolci gelato!

Due to limited capacity of the factory's production zone, participants will be split into four groups for the demonstration sessions.

4:15-5:15pm Demonstration sessions and gelato tasting sessions by groups.

About 2/3 Dolci
2/3 Dolci is an Italian dessert bar to let customers reminisce the simple sweet things in life. "2/3 Dolci" represents two-third sweet and one-third savory. It also stands for the team's wish to tailor for Asian palate, as its desserts are two-third in sweetness compared to original Italian recipe.

Established in Hong Kong in 2013, it joined Café Deco Group's profolio of brands in 2018. 2/3 Dolci makes gelato from scratch every day, using local fresh and European raw materials. Its production is a mix of traditional simple recipes and processes passed down by the best gelato maestros, handled with the most modern techniques and equipment to preserve and elate the characteristic of each natural ingredient. With its own production facility and an experience team led by Café Deco Group's executive pastry chef, 2/3 Dolci has the flexibility, creativity and capacity to tailor-made flavoured gelato, sorbetto and pastries for various promotions.

Frank Law is a seasoned pastry chef who has garnered national and international pastry experience throughout his nearly 26 years in the industry. He has worked with Alain Ducasse, one of the world's most celebrated chefs, for over 8 years, at the 2-Michelin Star SPOON by Alain Ducasse, InterContinental Hong Kong, and contributed his effort in starting up new pastry outlet of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong before joining Cafe Deco Group in 2012. His style of pastry is a well balanced mix of tradition and modernity, inflected with influences from his passion for contemporary French patisseries.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
