Secretary for Justice Paul Lam-ting Kwok spoke at the Chamber’s Town Hall Forum on 13 October about the importance of the rule of law for sustaining Hong Kong’s success as a leading legal and financial hub, as well as key strengths – including dispute resolution, common law  system and independent judiciary – that the city could leverage on to retain this status going forward.
