Cybersecurity in Hong Kong – An overview of Legal liabilities and recourses
Dominic Wai, Partner, ONC Lawyers, briefed members on the legal liabilities, recourses and remedies for cyber-security breaches at a Chamber roundtable luncheon on 27 February. He also shared case studies, highlighted criminal and civil liabilities in the event of a cyber-security breach and provided advice to companies on how to protect themselves from cyber threats.
