Smart Government in Action
Some of the latest technologically enhanced public services that have been developed through public-private partnerships are on display at the E&M InnoZone. During a Chamber visit on 13 December, members viewed some of the recent applications that have undergone trials in different Government departments. These included a robotic car-body repair system, which has been installed in the vehicle maintenance workshop at the headquarters of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department; and a cloud-based Driver Assistance System that was being tested on around 50 government vehicles.
