Corporate Governance Roundtable

The year 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. As part of the celebration programme, the Companies Registry will hold a Corporate Governance Roundtable at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong on 13 March 2017.

The Roundtable seeks to promote and enhance good governance through identifying and discussing topical issues in the management of companies. Overseas regulators, practitioners and academics will speak at the Roundtable and there would be interactive sessions with the participants on the issues. A tentative programme of the Roundtable and a promotional flyer are attached for your information. I am writing to enlist your assistance to circulate this email to your members for their information.

The Roundtable is now open for registration. The registration fee (covering all conference sessions, refreshment and luncheon) is HKD1,500 per person. An early bird discount of 50% (that is, a registration fee of HKD 750) will be offered to those who register on or before 13 February. If you are interested in attending the Roundtable, please complete the online registration form at www.cr.gov.hk/en/cgr/registration.htm . Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
