Role Summary: Reporting to the CEO, you will be the head of the People Division and will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our organizational culture to align with our goals and values. This position requires not just a strategic mind and operational excellence, but also an energetic spirit and a positively infectious attitude. You will be at the heart of developing and implementing strategies that not only attract, retain, and develop top talent but also ensure they thrive in a work environment that champions growth, diversity, inclusion, and vibrancy. Your role involves overseeing employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development, serving as a dynamic bridge between our workforce and the executive team to catalyze organizational success through innovative, people-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Development and Communication: Support CEO and senior management team to develop and drive organizational goals, changes, and initiatives with a vibrant, energetic approach that encourages open, transparent, and spirited two-way communications using various internal platforms and tools. Support HKGCC special projects that help fulfill its mission. - Talent Development: Bring a positive spirit to talent needs assessment and representation across different divisions. Champion divisional talent acquisition and development plans with a focus on fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. Lead efforts in succession planning to secure future leadership. - Performance Management: Infuse the Performance Management System (PMS) with a zest that supports talent growth, setting clear goals, expectations, and feedback mechanisms with a positive, encouraging tone. Develop recognition programs to honor outstanding contributions. - Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job analysis and employer branding to sourcing, candidate selection, and talents onboarding. Ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company culture. - HR Administration and Compliance: Manage all HR administrative tasks and budget, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations. Oversee Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures. - Employee Journey and Engagement: Develop and review the end-to-end employee journey with an eye for creating an engaging, satisfying, and productive experience. Promote a culture that celebrates positivity, well-being, and inclusion at every step.

Other Requirements |
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior HR or Employee Experience role, with a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. - Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements under the relevant legal framework. - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, project management, and change management. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team. - Ability to work collaboratively across divisions and lead initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
