Job Title Manager, Membership
Duties Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is crucial in driving business growth for membership and other aspects of the Chamber. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute strategies and events that drive revenue, increase membership, and ensure member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention plans to meet membership targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector and individual level to ensure a high level of members?satisfaction.
- Formulate and execute business and social networking events aimed at prospecting new members and engaging existing members.
- Lead a small team to drive the smooth operation of the membership program, including membership services, members?benefits campaigns, database administration, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the CRM system to provide accurate membership data and track activities, analyze members?interests and engagements for segmentation marketing, and generate reports to evaluate program performance and formulate improvement plans.
- Oversee training services for members, keep abreast of market trends, and deliver training courses and workshops to meet members?needs.
- Conduct research and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Perform secretariat functions for the Membership Committee and other interest groups, including organizing CSR/Lifestyle/Knowledge-based activities.
- Support any ad hoc projects related to membership development.

Other Requirements - Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, membership associations, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies, setting budgets, and leadership qualities to drive sales and meet targets.
- University graduates in marketing, business administration, hotel and tourism, or related disciplines.
- Familiar with the use of Salesforce as a CRM solution.
- Good team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized, positive, self-motivated, and can work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua).
- Immediate availability would be preferred.
