Event Officer (Talent Development & Lifestyle) |
| Duties |
- Schedule event calendar with vendors and partners;
- Prepare eDM promotion materials for public training and lifestyle events;
- Handle R.S.V.P., event enquiries, booking entries and payment administration;
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, venue operators, etc. on various aspects of event planning and logistics;
- Assist in the full execution of events, e.g. social gatherings, business luncheons, meetings, visits, conferences, seminars and workshops;
- Maintain the P&L account and prepare relevant bookkeeping works for the team’s events;
- Assist in the work of the Chamber’s Women Executives Club and Young Executives Club; and
- Perform other duties as assigned. |

| Other Requirements |
- University graduate with a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in the field of corporate event production, event marketing or corporate training;
- Fluency in Cantonese and English a must. Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
- Good project management and computer skills, experience in desktop publishing and design would be added advantages;
- Must be a team player and self-starter with initiative; and
- Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time with good interpersonal skills and detailed minded, and be able to work independently.
