Judging Criteria for the Business Case

  1. Clarity and Structure: Is the business case clear and well-organized, effectively explaining the problem and solutions?
  2. Innovation and Creativity: Are the solutions original and effective in addressing the Chamber’s specific challenges?
  3. Feasibility and Practicality: Are the proposed strategies realistic and achievable with the resources available?
  4. Impact Assessment: Will the changes positively affect employee satisfaction, productivity and overall performance?
  5. Financial Viability: Do the costs and potential savings demonstrate that the proposal is financially sound?

Format
An 8-10 slide presentation of the submission, including a first draft of the office layout design in PDF format (for the initial round).
