Paul Loo leads global operations, strategic planning and business development at Lalamove and has played a key role in the company's rapid expansion.
Paul brings more than 30 years of global management experience to the company, having worked in Hong Kong, the Middle East, the Philippines, Japan and the Chinese Mainland. His expertise and leadership have been focused on delivering business services and solutions, providing outstanding client services and driving profitable and sustainable revenue growth.
Before joining Lalamove, Paul held several senior executive roles at Hong Kong's flagship carrier, Cathay Pacific Airways. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer and Commercial Officer at Cathay Pacific, overseeing commercial operations, fleet and network planning, information technology, customer experience design and delivery, and international affairs.
Paul graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Engineering Science and from the University of Michigan with a Master of Business Administration. He also attended the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
