Project Overview

Shun Tak Holdings Limited, in partnership with AJ Hackett International, has secured the development and operation rights for the “Adventure Zone” at Ocean Park Hong Kong.

Scheduled for completion in mid-2028, this landmark attraction will be Asia’s first immersive sky-high adventure experience, spanning 120,000 sqm at Ocean Park’s Upper Park “The Summit.” Beyond adrenaline-pumping activities such as bungy jumps, ziplines, and alpine coaster luge, the Adventure Zone is designed to appeal to all ages and backgrounds. It will feature iconic, visually stunning attractions such as scenic swings, net parks, rope parks, and innovative playgrounds that create lasting memories for families, friends, and social explorers alike. Seamlessly integrated into Hong Kong’s natural landscape, this “urban oasis” promises a unique blend of thrill, leisure, and visual storytelling.

This project exemplifies Shun Tak’s “Tourism+” strategy, reinforcing its leadership in cultural tourism and its commitment to sustainable development and conservation.
