ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The biennial CEO Manpower Conference is a signature event of the Chamber, where business leaders, people management specialists, C-Suite executives, respected academics, and senior government officials gather to come up with practical solutions to manpower and business issues. We aim to stimulate active discussions and exchanges of thoughts among business leaders on manpower challenges and talent management strategies.

This year, the conference will center around the themes of how to unleash the potential of a multigenerational workforce, and the keys of success of those companies that are recruiting the best staff.

YOUR TALENT MAKE STRATEGIES HAPPEN

Manpower Shortage and People Management are always challenges for businesses. This conference will explore strategies integrating experts’ experiences to unleash the potential among the multigenerational workforce thus winning the manpower race.

Panel session Two: The Power of a Multigenerational Workforce

Hong Kong’s ageing population means the demographics of many existing workplaces are growing older. At the same time, younger workers often have very different expectations of their jobs than their older peers. This creates potential for conflict, but a multigenerational workforce can also bring benefits as it offers a mix of experience and new ideas. In this panel, we shall learn strategies to ensure our employees enjoy camaraderie and maximize their personal growth, and unleash the power of a multigenerational workforce.
