Today’s young talent must be able to communicate clearly, present themselves professionally, understand their strengths, adapt to uncertainty and interact with business leaders confidently.
The HKGCC Youth Summer Career Programme 2026 is designed to bridge this gap through practical training, workplace exposure and direct interaction with Chamber and industry leaders.

This is not a classroom-style summer course. It is a structured career readiness experience led by the Chamber’s business network.
Through HKGCC’s business network, students gain access to leaders, workplace exposure and practical learning experiences that go beyond a conventional summer programme.
Participants gain exposure to HKGCC’s business ecosystem, including Chamber leaders, industry professionals, HR representatives and corporate guests.
Participants will visit Cathay City for workplace observation and business exposure, helping them connect learning with real corporate environments.
Across the 4 days, students will join Power Lunch - Junior sessions with 4+ Chamber and industry leaders.
Interactive workshops, self-awareness exercises, personal branding practice, individual presentation, pitching training and a final group showcase.
All graduates will receive a Chamber’s Internship Priority Review / Interview. Top performers may be considered for additional recognition and internship opportunities.
