Over 28 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administrative Affairs (including HR, General Administration, Corporate Administration, Training, General Compliance, etc.) in Banking field. Since July 2002, after I joined the China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch, I paid much effort to assist the branch opening and provided many trainings to our colleagues from Mainland China and also provide many sharing sessions to staff members of other banks and financial institutions from Mainland China.
