The Illuminant is a social enterprise established in 2018. Our vision is creating a community where the elders can live with autonomy and dignity that light up each other.

We offer a modern approach to caregiving for older people with solutions through unique training content, innovative workshops, and consultancy services trailored to NGOs, corporations, education sector, and the general public. Our aim is to help teams and individuals deliver "Eldercare" wisely, effectively, and passionately.

Our name in Chinese literally means "Silver flowers blossoming on iron trees". It's an analogy of our belief that 'With a supportive care environment, the aged can shine in their later years despite being vulnerable."

Train Frontline staff of companies, NGOs in elderly services, hospitals to provide suitable service to their clients, provide unique ESG solutions for companies. Signature programmes include : Hong Kong 1st VR dementia Experience Workshop, Movie Screening with sharing for staff training, Sharing and training of elderly care, and Japan elderly services exchange tour etc.
