Notes - Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Early bird discount is applicable under the condition that booking is received with full payment on or before 20 Dec 2018.
- Substitution of individual attendee is allowed with advanced notice; walk-ins will not be accepted.
- For table bookings, there is no refund for cancellation unless such request is made at least 1 month before the event. For individual bookings, cancellation is possible if request is made at least 14 working days before the event. All cancellations will be subjected to a deduction of 10% of the total fees. Payment will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation.
- The decision to accept or decline any bookings shall be at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
