Financial Secretary, the Honourable Paul MP Chan, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, delivered his 2019-2020 Budget Speech to the Legislative Council on 27 February 2019.

We are deeply honoured that Mr Chan has accepted our invitation to talk to the Hong Kong business community on 19 March 2019, about his Budget. This Joint Business Community Luncheon is an ideal opportunity for you to learn more about his thoughts and insights behind the new Budget. You will learn directly from the Financial Secretary about the Government's plans to steer its fiscal policy, enhance Hong Kong's competitiveness and encourage growth in innovation, technology and R&D sectors to sustain Hong Kong's economic growth.

Notes - Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Substitution is allowed for corporate members only with advanced notice while walk-ins will normally not be accepted.
- Please note that the Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation. In any such instance, the event fee will be returned in full.
- No-shows will be charged and payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Refunds can be arranged for cancellations submitted before 1 March, and the refund amount is subjected to a 10% or HK$100 handling charge, whichever is higher. No refund for cancellations on or after 1 March 2019.
- Starting 1 January 2017, all off-line bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for Chamber events will be charged a $50 handling fee per person. Make the switch to online today by installing our app or registering via our website to save the environment and save money.
- Priorities are given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any bookings shall be at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
