Past Events

During a visit to The Mills on 6 November, members saw how a former textile factory has revitalised itself into an innovation hub for the textile industry. During the visit, members visited the three pillars of the building: The Mills Fabrica, a business incubator, fund and space/lab for "techstyle" start-ups and strategic partner companies; The Mills Shopfloor, a landmark for hands-on learning and experiential retail; and The CHAT, an art centre that promotes creative experiences through exhibitions and co-learning programmes. Members also had the opportunity to meet some of the incubatees based in The Mills Fabrica.
