Hong Kong’s State Theatre, a former cinema and celebrated cultural landmark in North Point since the 1950s, is set to undergo a major renovation by New World Development. Before the restoration project starts, a group of YEC members including Eric Fok, Co-Chairman, Jacky Cheung and Samuel Tsang, Vice Chairman, were given the opportunity to visit the heritage building on May 13, and see its interior and exterior, including the parabolic exoskeleton structure on the rooftop, also known as the "flying trusses.”
