Effective Management of Anti-bribery and Corruption risks in Doing Business in China
Yang Hongzhi, International Legal Director at Masson de Morfontaine, spoke at a seminar on 28 August about how international standards such as the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the United Kingdom Bribery Act (UKBA) act as key regulators of the ethical conduct of multinational companies operating in Mainland China. He also touched on the elements of a successful Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance program for companies, and discussed the latest developments in anti-bribery and corruption enforcement in the Mainland.
