Mark Ho, System Consultant at Kingdee International Software Group (H.K.), and Henry Yeung, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association, spoke at a Chamber roundtable luncheon on 7 August.

Ho said that in addition to using cloud technology to achieve better results, enterprises should also constantly update their technology and reconstruct their business ecosystems. Yeung explained that although investment in cybersecurity will not generate immediate profit, enterprises that do not prioritise this area could be at high risk of cyber attacks, and the subsequent loss of reputation and customers.
