Understand China's Cybersecurity Law and Applications
At a roundtable on 2 April, Susan Ning, Senior Partner at King & Wood Mallesons, introduced the Cybersecurity Law and the Emergency Response System, and regulations handling personal data, cross-border data transfer, security review of network products and services, and critical information infrastructure operation. Susan also advised on compliance to help members avoid risks when they expand or launch their businesses in the Mainland.
