Seeing a Smart Office in Action
Twenty members enjoyed a fruitful afternoon learning about smart offices and human resources management during a visit to Ricoh on 10 July. Alvin Leung, General Manager & Director, Leadership and Executive Development of PERSOLKELLY Consulting, gave a presentation on successful human resources management methods in today’s modern business setting. This was followed by a briefing by Ricky Chong, Director of the Marketing and Business Development Division at Ricoh, on the company’s approach to creating a smart office, which is based on the three key principles of Work and Design, ICT Solutions and Change Management. The visitors also enjoyed a guided tour of Ricoh’s offices, where they were able to observe firsthand the workings of a smart office.
