| Duties |
- To organize training programmes and seminars with an objective to meet training needs of Chamber members and achieve budgeted target. Key responsibilities include but not limited to identifying potential training partners, working with trainers on partnership agreements, arranging programme logistics with trainers, promoting programmes to target audience, receiving enquires and providing onsite support.
- To plan and organize lifestyle events, including sports events, CSR events, site visits and networking events.
- To assist in carrying out secretariat duties for a Chamber’s club by maintaining up-to-date membership database, coordinating club meetings, and preparing materials and minutes for the meetings.
- To facilitate review on training programmes and lifestyle events by preparing reports and analysis from time to time.
- To perform other duties as required by the supervisors, where necessary. |
