| Duties |
- Two – year renewable contract
- Prepare eDM promotion materials for public training and lifestyle events;
- Assist in the marketing and presentations of sponsorship events;
- Assist in the full execution of events, e.g. social gatherings, business luncheons, meetings, visits, conferences, seminars and workshops;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of CSR projects and sponsorship events;
- Assist in the work of the Chamber’s Women Executives Club and Young Executives Club;
- Handle R.S.V.P., event enquiries, booking entries and payment administration; and
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, sponsors, venue operators, etc. on various aspects of event planning and logistics

| Other Requirements |
- University graduate preferably with work experience. - Fresh graduates or those with lower academic qualifications but over 3 years relevant work experience will also be considered;;
- Fluency in Cantonese and English a must. Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
- Good project management and computer skills, experience in desktop publishing and design would be added advantages;
- Must be a team player and self-starter with initiative; and
- Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time with good interpersonal skills, detailed minded and work independently.
