2020 HKGCC Annual General Meeting

CIRCULAR TO ALL PRIMARY COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES

The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce is tentatively scheduled for Friday, 15 May 2020 at 6 pm. Depending on the epidemic situation, we will circulate details nearer the time.

Six members of the General Committee are required to retire this year, and may stand for re-election if they wish:

Allen FUNG, Executive Director & CEO of Non-property Businesses, Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd
GAO Yingxin, Vice Chairman & Chief Executive, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd
Aron H HARILELA, Chairman & CEO, Hari Harilela Ltd
Y K PANG, Deputy Chairman & Deputy Managing Director, Jardine Matheson Ltd

The AGM Agenda will be circulated in April. Any Chamber member intending to stand for election to the General Committee should submit a completed nomination form to the Chamber CEO on or before 21 April 2020.
