This Vacancy Posting Board and the services provided therein are intended for "job seekers" or "job providers" and are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Use of this Vacancy Posting Board and the services provided indicate your acceptance to the Terms & Conditions herein.

Use of the Vacancy Posting Board and Services Provided
Upon payment of the Service Fee to HKGCC, "job providers" will be entitled to use the Vacancy Posting Board to advertise job vacancies for a predetermined period following the agreement of service. "Job providers" will be solely responsible for the contents and materials submitted and the consequences of their posting. HKGCC reserves the right to edit any advertisement as it sees fit. HKGCC reserves the right to change the Service Fee or institute new charges or fees, as it deems appropriate. In the event that any "job providers" should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other fees or charges due, HKGCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the advertisement, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies.

Information on the Vacancy Posting Board
HKGCC's Vacancy Posting Board and the information therein are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. HKGCC makes no warranties about the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the materials, contents or information on the Vacancy Posting Board. Any reliance by users on material posted by other users will be at their own risk. HKGCC is not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Vacancy Posting Board. HKGCC reserves the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to HKGCC's Vacancy Posting Board, at any time for violating these conditions of use and also reserves the right to remove any message or material from the Vacancy Posting Board that, at its sole discretion without explaination, HKGCC deems unacceptable, abusive, illegal or disruptive.
