Member Enrolment

ENROL Employees as members within 60 days of employment.
Register for Employee

i) between the age of 18 and 65
   (including full time and part time employees) &

ii) employed for 60 days or more.

Enrolment Procedures

All new employees are required to complete a Membership Enrolment Form, which must be sent to the Administrator.


Transferring Accrued Benefits

If your new employees elect to transfer accrued benefits from other registered schemes to the Chamber CMG Choice, you should collect the Scheme Members Request for Fund Transfer Form (Form MPF(S)-P(M)) from your employees and pass the form on to the Administrator for processing.


Confirmation of Enrolment

The Administrator will send a Handbook for Members and Self-employed Persons, Notice of Acceptance and Membership Certificate for each newly joined member within 30 calendar days of application acceptance.  If you receive these documents from the Administrator, you are required to pass these documents to your employees within 7 business days (other than Saturdays) ("working days") after receipt.
