Annual
Benefit Statement
The scheme financial year ends on 31st of December. Within
the following three months, the Administrator will send an annual benefit statement with a
detailed listing which shows year-to-date contribution receipts and year-to-date
investment fund holding to members. If you receive the annual benefit statements from the
Administrator, you are required to distribute these statements to your employees within 7
working days after receipt.
Forms
You can obtain various forms via our Automated Phone
System, website or you may wish to provide us your email address, fax number or postal
address. (Please refer to Employer Administration Guide Appendix II)

You can speak to our Customer Service Representative by
calling our Hotline during office hours. Our Hotline service also provides a 24-hour
automated enquiry service through Automated Phone System. You and your employees are able
to obtain:
- Procedures Information
- Product Information (fund information, unit price)
- Investment Objective
- Scheme Account Information
- Change of Password / Security Code

Employer To-Do List

- ENROL Employees as members within 60 days of employment.
- ENSURE contribution amount is paid and the payment agrees
with the total on the remittance statement.
- MAKE sure contributions and remittance statement are
received by the Administrator within 10 calendar days after contribution period.
- For DDA, please reserve at least 5 working days before
contribution due date for bank to clear fund; for cheque payment, please send out not
later than 5 working days before contribution due date for bank to clear fund.
- Ensure sufficient fund available for the contribution
payment.
- SEND remittance statement with every contribution payment.
- NOTIFY the Administrator of any change of Employer / Member
information within 30 days.
- NOTIFY the Administrator of any employee terminations within
30 days
