- Membership is by invitation only. However, members who have been a Chamber member for at
least 3 consecutive years may apply to join the Committee - subject to the approval of the
CEO and the Chairman of the Committee.
- Chamber individual associate members may join as observers subject to the same rules as
above.
- Membership on this committee is for a two-year term, a one-year extension of term can be
made subject to the approval of the CEO and the Chairman of the Committee - this applies
to IAs and Full Members.

- To monitor and advise on membership recruitment and retention policies.
- To encourage membersˇ¦ active participation in committee activities.
- To coordinate and reflect membership opinion to the Chamber ensuring that the Chamber
meets members' needs.
- To liaise as necessary with other Committees of the Chamber and with non-Chamber
organisations.
- To carry out any other related work at the request of the General Committee or
Directorate.
