General Committee new line-up




Christopher Cheng (left), chairman of USI Holdings Ltd and managing director of Wing Tai Corporation Ltd, was elected HKGCC chairman at this year's AGM for the coming year. His predecessor, C C Tung, chairman of Orient Overseas (International) Ltd, stepped down after the AGM after holding the chairmanship for two years.

Anthony Nightingale (left), director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd, succeeds Mr Cheng as deputy chairman. The two vice chairmen are Dr Lily Chiang, president of E1 Media Technology Ltd, and David Eldon (below left), chairman of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd.

Two new members, Jeffrey Lam, managing director of Forward Winsome Industries Ltd, and Manohar Chugh, chairman of Nisha Electronic Industries Ltd, won election to the General Committee. B
