In order to serve our Clients effectively, we have set up several Greater China and overseas offices which include Chengdu, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Sydney with Hong Kong as the Head Office. Other associated offices are located in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City. We are confident that we are well equipped to face the challenges of the fast growing economy within the Region.

We have been included by the Government as Band I Consultant (Quantity Surveying) since 2005. The significance is that we are eligible to bid for Government consultancy services of the appropriate category with estimated project value exceeding HK$300 Million, in other words of unlimited project value.

Currently the Hong Kong Office has staff members in excess of 150 No. Our staff have diverse backgrounds with experiences gained from Consultants, Real Estate Developers, Railway Corporations, Utilities companies and Contracting Organisations of Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Australia and U.K.. The organization structure of our company is efficiently flat, hence it would enable ourselves to provide personalized attention to each project with a strong team spirit.
