Many believe that transformative changes in customer behaviour, technology and the way people engage with organisations will have profound impacts on the future workforce. Therefore, the HR function will be an essential part of the new employment scenario, and there is increasing reinvention of workforce strategies developed by top management and CHROs to meet the uncertain circumstances.
In light of this development, the Chamber has invited Aaron McEwan, Advisory Leader, HR Practice, CEB , to brief members on the outlook for future work, the driving forces shaping the transformation and the potential implications for HR practitioners who may need to explore fresh talent strategies for the future workforce. If you are a CEO or senior executive, do not miss out on this seminar to understand the changed landscape and soak up essential insights into the future of workforce planning.
With close to 20 years of experience in talent management and HR consulting, Mr McEwan has built his expertise in leadership development and executive coaching. He works closely with senior executives to evolve their HR strategies as they take their business forward, innovate and challenge standard HR practices. Prior to joining CEB, Mr McEwan held a variety of senior consulting positions at Human Capital firms, including the Opic Group, Hudson Global Resources and Lee Hecht Harrison. Mr McEwan holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a graduate diploma in Psychology from Griffith University.
