Jayne Leung, Vice President and Head of Greater China at Facebook, shared her career journey in the tech space and gave an insight into Facebook’s company culture at a virtual seminar on 10 July. In a wide-ranging conversation with WEC Chairman Nikki Ng, Leung explained that Facebook had a totally open working environment, where even the CEO does not have a private office, an environment that encourages collaboration. Leung also gave some practical advice to women who want to work and succeed in the tech space, and introduced the #SheMeansBusiness initiative at Facebook, a community that encourages female entrepreneurs to share their experiences.
